Q: Won’t it cause me a lot of hassle to change accountants?A: No, it’s very simple. All we need is your existing accountant details and we’ll do the rest for you.
Q: How quickly can you start?
A: In order to commence acting as your Accountant we need to be in receipt of some basic paperwork signed by you. We will send the forms to you in the post and as soon as we have them back, signed accordingly we can start!
Q: Aren’t you just an online accountancy service?
A: No not all. You certainly benefit from online facilities including our internet based accountancy software but you will also be assigned your own accountant. Each member of our team is a highly experienced accountant. You will have a direct line and will be able to contact them whenever you want.
Q: How do I get all my accounting paperwork and files such as invoices and receipts to you?
A: It’s very easy. The simplest and safest method is to use our online software. Alternatively you can send it to us by post or in person.
Q: Can you help me if I have more than one business?
A: Yes of course. We’ll gain a thorough understanding of your business(es) and prepare a suggested package to suit your specific needs.
